1. The US dollar ($) prices quoted are definitive. Journal
Subscription Agents are entitled to 10% off the Gross Subscription
price.
2. All subscription orders must be prepaid. Payment can be made by check, visa,
master card, money order, or bank transfers. We also accept PO numbers
for US orders. Please add an additional US$45 as processing fee if
payments is made by checks drawn to banks outside USA or in currencies
other than US dollar.
3. All subscription orders apply for the
calendar year only. No cancellations are accepted.
4. Claims for
missing issues are only accepted within 4 months of publication.
5. Personal subscriptions: personal subscriptions are for individual
use only and not to be used within libraries.
6. Prices include airmail delivery.
7. Discounts: We offer discounts for multiple year subscriptions. 2 years subscription: 10 % off the regular rate. 3 years subscription: 15 % off the regular rate.
8. Single issues and back volumes are available while supplies last. Please contact the subscription department for availability. The price for entire volume and single issue will be US$428 and US$107, respectively.
