It is the policy of the publisher, journal and its editorial board to maintain a high quality in selection and peer review of articles presented. To achieve these goals, we will adhere to the following processes.
1. Review of Manuscripts: Each author may submit names of up to four potential reviewers along names of those who should not be used as reviewers. However, the Editor-In-Chief is free to use all or some of the reviewers not on the suggested list. Each manuscript will receive at least two reviews. Based on these reviews, the Editor-In-Chief will make a determination of accept, revise, or reject the manuscript. If needed, the Editor-In-Chief may choose to send the manuscript for another round of review.
2. Review of Manuscripts Authored/Co-Authored by One of the Editors: Such manuscripts will be sent to the Executive Editor who will assign it to one of the other editors. To maintain anonymity, the decision of the reviewing editor will be transmitted through the executive editor.
3. Disclosure of Financial Conflict of Interest: Each manuscript submitted must be accompanied with a disclosure of financial conflict of interest statement. A detailed description of such disclosure will be found under Instruction to Authors.
